This personalised day retreat is designed to support you (or your group) in whatever you need at this time. Held in my nurturing women’s wellness space in a spacious Victorian home in Margate, I will dedicate my 10 years retreat teaching experience to you in creating a deeply special, unique and transformative day. My home is your home and you are super welcome.
Alongside offering you my own Breathwork methodology in a personal session in the morning, we can also draw in the experience of another guide(s) from my personal network of my women’s wellness space Shala. For example in:

We speak before to arrange the day

On the morning you arrive at Shala and we hold an opening ceremony (or women's circle for a group), to gain clarity on your intentions for your day.

We lead into a Breathwork & Self Enquiry experience.

We share a nutritious lunch provided by our wonderful local chef.

After lunch walk to the beach just 3 minutes away

Your other guide/teacher arrives for your personalised afternoon session…

We have tea and a snack

Closing Circle & Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and/or Closing the Bones/wrapping with me.
This is a process of deep expansion and coming home. A time to be fully listened to, for whatever needs to arise to come through, and for the power and the magic of these practices to support you on a deep level.
